You can Make Your Own Facial Cleanser at Home

  • Step 1: Find out the nature of your skin, whether dry or oily.
  • Step 2: Asian Soap Nut is well known for its cleansing and disinfectant qualities. Select 50 grams of best nuts and grind them to make a nice powder. During this stage, you may also add 5 grams of fine gram flour (available in any Asian Shops) and mix completely.
  • Step 3: Lemon peel are rich in Vitamin C; select sun dried lemon peel and weigh out about 15 grams, grind and make a nice powder.
  • Step 4: Aloe Vera is a well known sap, which is used mostly widely for its soothing properties. Tap just enough \"Aloe ooze\", from fresh plant and make a gel with a small quantity of water.
  • Step 5: Betaine derived from coconut fatty acids, is a famed ingredient, which can help you condition and clean your skin. It also helps you maintain the acidic nature of skin. A wee bit of betaine is sufficient for making your cleanser.
  • Step 6: Apricot fruits are well known for their nourishing value in helping skin to maintain a good texture. Select 50 grams of high quality fruit, dry and grind to make fine powder.
  • Step 7: Rose water, diluted from Rose Otto, is used widely for cleaning and soothing purposes. Two or three spoons of rose water are needed to make your cleanser.
  • Step 8: Powder grind a bit of camphor. Camphor is a cooling agent, which brings vigor to your skin.
  • Step 9: Mix all ingredients from Step 1 to 8, preferably in a blender. Store the mix and stopper bottle, in a cool and dry place. You may consider making little quantities, as and when you require for use. This facial cleanser, which is home made, is absolutely safe to use, over a long period of time. Facial cleanser home made, brings you a special shine and glow to your face, like a whiff of fresh wind.
